Service Rates

Ave Maria Utility Co. provides potable water and wastewater treatment services to homes and businesses within the Ave Maria Community.

Monthly charges for residential water consist of a base rate determined by the meter size and actual water usage:

Terms and Definitions

Base Charge
The minimum amount the company may charge its customers and is separate from the amount the company bills its customers for water consumption.

Rates
Charges for monthly services, including a base charge and usage charges calculated based upon the number of gallons of water used. Subject to approval by the Ave Maria Utility Company and the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority, these and other charges for various services may change from time to time.

Service
Includes, in addition to all water service required by the customer, the readiness and ability on the part of the company to furnish water service to the customer.
